Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Gildemeister of Horicon, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on July 12 with the family at the Fox & Hounds.

Clarence Gildemeister and the former Leah Becker were united in marriage on July 9, 1949, at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Lannon, Wis. The Rev. Lyle Hallouer officiated. Attendants were Dorothy Rademan, maid of honor, the late Walter Feuerhelm, best man, and Grace and the late Harvey Peil. The flower girl was Kathy Egans.

The couple has one son, Clarence Jr. (Liling) Gildemeister, West Allis, and two daughters, Linda (Rob) Feldman, Mayville, and Bonne (Darrel) Krause, Horicon. They also have seven grandchildren, Christopher, Tanya (Leigh Hender), Megan, Kaitlin, Bethany, Jackie and Kelly.
