Carol Little Bear, 64, of Wisconsin Dells, died Saturday, June 13, 2009 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 18, at 2:30 p.m. at the Conway-Picha Funeral Home in Lyndon Station with the Rev. John V. Davey officiating. Burial will be at the Indian Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Conway Picha Funeral Home on Thursday from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2:30 p.m.

Carol was born Sept. 19, 1944 in New York, the daughter of Ernest and Helen (nee Fisher) Curry. She was married to Ambrose E. Little Bear. She had been a home health worker for many years.

Carol is survived by her husband, Ambrose; a daughter, Dawn Houle of Kansas; a grandson, Brenden of Milwaukee; and sisters, Marie Hyatt of New York, Kathleen Cullins of Kentucky and Pauline Nelson of Kenosha. She was preceded in death by her parents.
