Audrey Henry, 74, of Wisconsin Dells died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2008 at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center in Madison.

Funeral services will be Monday, Sept. 15 at 11 a.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Wisconsin Dells with the Rev. Steven Keller officiating. Visitation will be at the Picha Funeral Home of Lake Delton on Sunday, Sept. 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Monday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.

Audrey was born Dec. 30, 1933 in Faribault, Minn., the daughter of George and Edith (nee Crain) Willard. In March 1955 she married John Henry in Wisconsin Dells. She attended secretary school at Madison Business College and from there began a career in accounting. She worked as secretary to the president at the Bank of Wisconsin Dells and she did accounting work for many local Dells businesses as well as her father's Super Dime and Dollar Corporation and at the Badger Ordnance, finally retiring in 1999 from Holiday Wholesale. Shortly after she became the secretary-treasurer of the Wisconsin Dells United Fund.

Audrey was a past member of the Eastern Star and Rainbow Girls, past Girl Scout leader and cookie sales coordinator, and she worked on many election boards and on the Wisconsin Dells board of appeals.

Audrey is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Debra (Brian) Kehrmann of Milwaukee, Linda (Steve) Rutherford of Watertown, and Judy Kraus and Mary (Dean) Stafford both of Wisconsin Dells; brothers, Dean (Patricia) Willard of Lascassas, Tenn., George Willard, Jr. of North Fort Meyers, Fla. and John (Sue) Willard of Edmond, Okla. and 14 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
