The Wisconsin Dells High School varsity coed soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision at home, bringing to an end a stretch of four straight home games and a nice 2-2 run. That will leave a return match with conference rival Mount Horeb the following day, a final home game, against Lodi Oct. 18 and a Badger Challenge game Oct. 16. There is plenty of incentive for a strong finish to the season as at least at few of these games have implications in a WIAA Regional pool the Chiefs could actually be quite competitive in.
