Be Healthy Adams County is a community coalition that works to improve the health of Adams County residents by increasing access to healthy foods and physical activity opportunities and by providing education and programs on why it is important to eat well and stay active.
Be Healthy Adams County is teaming up with local restaurants to raise awareness and money by participating in food drives for the area food pantries (Adams, Grand Marsh, Wisconsin Dells and Second Harvest Mobile). We need your help to support local businesses and food pantries that provide help to those in need. Keep an eye out for restaurant food drive fundraisers across the county in the coming months. The Be Healthy Adams County Facebook page (Facebook.com/behealthyadamscounty) will promote each fundraiser and businesses that are participating.
Are you a restaurant or business that would like to host a fundraiser? Be Healthy Adams County is happy to have new members join our team and form new partnerships with businesses and residents in our community. If you would like more details or have questions about how to get involved, contact Suzanne Schreiner, Community Health Specialist at 608-339-4375 or email@example.com.
