The Wisconsin Dells boys basketball team kicked off its season in style on Saturday, rolling to a 75-55 non-conference win over Randolph at JustAgame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells.

The Chiefs jumped out to a comfortable 36-22 lead at halftime before outscoring the Rockets 39-33 in the second half. Wisconsin Dells thrived behind the arc, burying 11 3-pointers, including a pair by senior Jackson Sveum.

The 6-foot-5 center poured in a game-high 22 points while senior Alex Weiss added 18 and senior Tanner Brandt chipped in 14, including four 3-pointers. Along with the trio of seniors, sophomore Riley Eck excelled in his first varsity game as the 6-foot-1 guard also reached double-figures with 11 points, including a trio of 3-pointers.

Wisconsin Dells will look to move to 2-0 on Tuesday when it hosts Black River Falls.
