A quiet familiar face, probably unknown to many, that would ride his bicycle around town year round through the nice days, wet days or snow, carefully examining the inside of waste receptacles for aluminum cans, and displaying his political view via bumper stickers or cardboard signage attached to his bicycle side baskets, has quietly passed away.
