Public Notice Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) hereby provides notice that it intends to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for following transportation projects under the Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Program (WETAP) to serve low income workers in Adams, Brown, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Florence, Forest, Grant, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Lafayette, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Marinette, Marquette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Ozaukee, Portage, Richland, Sauk, Shawano, Washington, Waukesha, Waupaca, Waushara, and Wood Counties. SWCAP will be applying for Operating and a Mobility Management project.
