Baraboo's Mason Peterson will close out his senior basketball season by playing in the Badger Conference boys all-star game on Sunday at Madison Edgewood High School.

Mason Peterson will represent Baraboo in the Badger Conference all-star event on Sunday at Madison Edgewood High School. Peterson will suit up for the Badger North Conference team in the boys all-star game, which pits the top seniors from the Badger North against their counterparts in the Badger South.

Peterson averaged 14.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.3 steals and 1.1 blocks per game in 2017-18, earning honorable mention All-Badger North Conference recognition for a Baraboo team that compiled a 4-19 record.

Peterson was a three-year starter and two-time all-conference selection at Baraboo, averaging 11.5 points, 4.1 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game over the course of his 70-game career. The 6-foot-3 guard finished 12th in Baraboo history with 802 career points.

The Badger Conference event will begin at 12:30 p.m. with a 3-point shootout, combination shooting contest and dunk contest. The Badger North vs. Badger South girls all-star game will begin at 2:30 p.m., followed by the boys game at 4:15 p.m.
