“What are we if we are not a nation of laws? Who are we if we don’t enforce those laws,” Scott Frostman wrote in November 2018. He was being critical of people from Central America who feared for their lives in their home countries and were trying to find asylum in the United States, crossing the border without papers. Frostman writes a right-wing column for Capital Newspapers in south-central Wisconsin.

Since Frostman wrote that, President Donald Trump’s staff have refused to testify before Congress, some have lied to Congress and still others are in prison or headed there. Not one word from Frostman.

While he criticizes immigrants trying to cross the border, he continues to support the most corrupt administration in American history. He is the perfect representative of Republican hypocrisy. Republicans, like all bullies, love to pick on people of little means who cannot defend themselves, while having a different set of rules for those with money and power.

The first requirement for a Trump columnist is to have your morals and ethics surgically removed. For Frostman, the operation was obviously 100% successful. If he were a firecracker, we’d call him a dud.
