Juneau held a silent parade Wednesday night in honor of those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks. Street lights along the route were turned off at 8 p.m. Emergency vehicles displayed their lights but did not use sirens. All area fire, EMS, police and emergency departments were invited to attend.
