Disorderly conduct — Police responded to a report of road rage in the McDonald’s drive-thru, 1639 N. Spring St., and 11:33 a.m. on Thursday. The issues was resolved and both parties left.
Gas drive-off — Police received a report of a gas drive-off from Kwik Trip, 2006 N. Spring St., at 11:52 a.m.
Crash — Police responded to a crash between two cars in the 800 block of Park Avenue at 12:28 p.m. on Thursday. The accident was reportable. Police issued no citations.
Theft — A man reported his wallet was taken within the previous two days in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue at 12:47 p.m. on Thursday. The wallet is a black leather tri-fold with a skull in flame design. The wallet contains his Social Security card, ID and library card but no money. There was no forced entry found at the residence.
Theft — A man reported the theft of a silver wedding band with a cross insignia that he left in a bathroom in the 100 block of Frances Lane at 12:54 p.m. on Thursday. He did not want to file a theft complaint.
Theft — A woman reported theft of money from a wallet that was in a drawer in the 200 block of Corporate Drive at 4:59 p.m. on Thursday. A woman was taken to jail for the theft as well as bail jumping.
Disorderly conduct — A man reported a child in a white Pontiac Sunfire that kept driving past and flipping him off in the 200 block of Roller Avenue at 6:16 p.m. on Thursday. He said the child lived two doors down. An officer checked the area for the vehicle and did not locate it.
Traffic stop arrest — Police pulled a man over near the intersection of South Center Street and Rowell Street at 11:13 p.m. on Thursday. He was arrested for meth possession, marijuana possession and possession of meth paraphernalia. A woman passenger was arrested for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Marijuana was discovered on her person at the jail.
