Civil issue — At 3:31 p.m. Tuesday, someone reported that her former neighbor may have been using her phone number to rent movies and order pizza at Family Video, 112 W. Maple Ave.

Theft — At 3:42 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported someone stole medicine and money from her backpack in a locked vehicle on Stone Street. She later found the medication but was still missing $21.

Pokémon Go — At 5:08 p.m. Tuesday, someone reported seeing a little girl that appeared lost on Spring Street. Another caller reported seeing her on the same street. She was playing Pokémon Go with permission.

Welfare check — At 6:21 p.m. Tuesday, someone reported seeing children playing with a lawnmower with an attached wagon, jumping in and out, around East Mill Street and South Vita Avenue. An officer made contact with the family and they said they will stay off the road.

Vandalism — At 6:42 p.m. Tuesday, someone reported his door had been damaged on Front Street with nothing missing.

Animal abuse — At 8:14 p.m. Tuesday, someone reported a boy kicking a dog in the stomach around Roosevelt Drive and Park Avenue. Police checked the area and did not locate anything.

Noise complaint — At 1:08 a.m. Wednesday, someone reported hearing metal banging in the 200 block of West Maple Avenue. A person was looking for aluminum cans.
