Try 3 months for $3

Joseph “Joey” Lynch, 82, Fox Lake, formerly of Wautoma and Cable, Wisconsin, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Anchor Communities of Fox Lake.

Joseph was born Sept. 28, 1936, in Chicago, to Daniel Lynch and Clara Torzewska. He was later raised by Della (O’Brien) Rohr. Joey was a special needs adopted child. He was the caregiver to all he came into contact with. Joey looked after his adopted mom and sisters until they passed away. Afterwards, he was taken in by his adopted brother, Wally and Jodie Rohr. As they aged, he came to help them. Joey loved most everyone he met. He was a kind and gentle soul who loved simple things – fishing, bowling, gardening and watching over the children, grandchildren and pets through many years. Joey’s message might be, “Be kind and enjoy a beer along the way….”

Joey is survived by his very special family who cared for him very much. He was preceded in death by his adopted mother, Della Rohr and his adopted brother, Wally (Jodie) Rohr.

A family burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Wautoma at a later date.

Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam is serving the family. Online condolences may be made at
