WAUPUN — The 29th annual Waupun Truck-N-Show is Friday and Saturday. The show, a salute to the trucking industry, will feature hundreds of trucks and truckers from the Atlantic to Pacific.
More than 300 truckers participated last year, with $18,000 being raised for the Wisconsin Special Olympics and $8,000 for the Wisconsin Make-A-Wish Foundation.
As usual, trophies will be given out in 300 classes.
The show is entertainment for the whole family, and there is a children’s area offering free games and face painting.
Parking and admission are free. There will be 100 vendors and bands will perform.
Friday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Road Trip will be playing.
Saturday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Brecken Miles and the Revival Band will be playing.
Admission to both is free.
The event is at the Waupun Community Center/Tanner Park on Spring Street.
Friday at 9 p.m. the Lights of the Night Convoy parade will go down Main Street
Saturday at 3 p.m. the Ride of Pride parade will go down Main Street.
