While in a Beaver Dam restaurant, I fainted due to low blood pressure. I received immediate treatment from an off-duty nurse who happened to be nearby and gave her name as Rose, then from the Beaver Dam Fire Department EMT team who diagnosed my condition, began treating it, and transported me to Beaver Dam Community Hospital, where I was examined and released by Dr. Swen Hilander.

Throughout this trying experience, I received swift and excellent care. I am writing this letter to publicly thank and commend the excellent professionals who met all my needs and reassured my wife. I also want to thank Palenque Mexican Bar & Grill and assure them and witnesses that I am now doing well and know how to avoid the circumstances that caused my syncope.
