Favorite sport: Cross country.

Favorite sports team: Chicago Bears.

Favorite book: “Ranger’s Apprentice.”

Favorite food: Pasta.

Favorite restaurant: Ella’s Deli in Madison before it closed.

Dream vacation: Visiting my family in Italy.

Cats or dogs: Rabbits, but cats if I had to pick.

Events participated in: 1,600 meter run, 1,600-meter relay, 3,200-meter relay, 800-meter relay.

What event would you like to try? The 200-meter dash and 400-meter run.

What is your favorite event to do? The 1,600-meter run and 1,600-meter relay.

What are you most looking forward to this season? Breaking my 1,600-meter time.

My advice to young kids involved in sports: No matter how hard it may seem on day one, you can reach your goals if you try your best and work hard during every practice.

If you had one day to spend $1 million, what would you buy? I would use some of it for college and save the rest for the future.

What are three words that describe you? Determined, logical, hardworking.

If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be? The 1,600-meter world record-holder.

Post-high school plans: To study mathematics in college while running track and cross country.

Role models: My parents and the seniors on our team.

What songs do you listen to before a game? Mostly prog rock music.

Pregame meal: Pasta or a PB&J.

Game-day routine: Drinking a ton of water all day and listening to music before I run.
