Columbus resident Liz Davis addresses city council during the June 12, 2018 public listening session at Fireman's Park Pavilion. Davis, part of the Downtown Beautification Task Force, would like to see the city update its snow removal policies. 

The Columbus City Council invites the public to a Winter Listening Session on Tuesday, Jan. 22 at 6 p.m. at the Columbus Public Library Annex, 251 W. James Street. In an effort to encourage and improve citizen engagement, council members once again invite all city residents to share ideas, concerns and to participate in open discussion with their elected city representatives in an informal setting.

No city business will be transacted at this listening session. The city held a similar listing session at Fireman’s Park Pavilion in June 2018 and it was well-attended.
