The Columbus Police Department will host a special presentation on child safety Feb. 19, 6:30 p.m., at Zion Church Fellowship Hall, 822 Western Ave., Columbus.

Along with the Columbus PD, the event will be sponsored by Parents and Teachers of Zion, the Wisconsin Department of Justice and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Special Agent Ryan Klavekoske will discuss the ICAC task force, the latest trends and issues involving children online, common apps used by children, online gaming, and what parents can do to monitor and keep their children safe. There will also be a question and answer session and a live online demonstration.

Due to the subject matter, those attending must be at least 18 years old. Children will not be permitted.
