Lindsey Heintz was named Miss Worldwide Wisconsin Ambassador for Live Out Loud Charity March 14 at Steven Papageorge Academy in Chicago.
To receive this honor, the candidates had to submit an essay, an application and have a phone interview with Sherrie Gearheart, founder of Love Out Loud Charity, who would then make her decision of who would receive the title.
Heintz, of Beaver Dam, received an email stating she had been chosen as the Ambassador of Wisconsin. Heintz learned of the ambassador title opportunities after modeling in the second Chicago fashion show for LOLC, which was held on Dec. 17.
Heintz is the daughter of Lynette Belter Heintz of Beaver Dam, and Brian Heintz of Burnett.
She started her modeling adventure with classes at John Casablanca’s in Brookfield in 2008 and became a part of One Source Talent Agency of Chicago in September 2014. After trying to pursue modeling on her own for seven years, OST was a light on the horizon. After signing with OST, she had her first audition in November for the second Chicago fashion show for LOLC and was selected.
Sherrie Gearheart established LOLC, a non-profit organization, to focus on suicide prevention and awareness through core character development. It offers QRP (question, persuade and prefer) seminars and speeches at schools and various events nationwide and internationally. For more information go to www.liveoutloudcharity.org.
