A Montello man has been charged with sexual assault of an 11 year old girl in Juneau County while out on bond for similar charges in Brown County.

Roger Shaw Jr., 36, has been charged with first degree sexual assault of a child under 12, first degree child sexual assault, child enticement, exposing genitals and felony bail jumping.

According to the criminal complaint, officers were alerted Sept. 8 about the incident which took place the day before. During an interview with the victim, police were told Shaw touched the girl under her clothes with his hands and mouth.

The victim also said Shaw went to the bathroom in front of her — exposing himself.

Shaw was free on bond from charges of first degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement in Brown County.
