Robert Tracy, 74, of Baraboo, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019.

Robert was born Nov. 21, 1944, as the son of James and Gertrude (Fletcher) Tracy. In his early years he lived in Lyndon Station and attended Mauston High School. He moved to Baraboo in 1980 where he has since lived. He retired as head of maintenance for Dean Medical Clinics in Baraboo, Wisconsin Dells and Portage where he had been employed for more than 20 years. He also enjoyed woodworking and projects that involved tinkering.

Robert is survived by his son, Robert Jr. of Baraboo; a daughter, Michelle (James) Bilz of Mauston; a twin sister, Roberta Kwosek of South Milwaukee; and grandchildren, Nathan, Zachary, Payton, Ariana and Jocelyn.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Karen.

A special thank you from the family to the Baraboo Police Department and the chief, Baraboo EMT’s, and the St. Clare Hospital staff.

A celebration of life memorial gathering will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at the Conway Picha Funeral Home in Lyndon Station.
