The Workshop in Columbus will host a "Little Rivertown" class where students can design a small town from cardboard boxes.

The Workshop will be open by appointment for the next two weeks. Regular hours will resume the second week of January.

Scheduled open studio days will be Thursday, Dec. 28 from 10 a.m. to noon and Tuesday, Jan. 2 from 10 a.m.—3 p.m.

On Thursday, Dec. 28 from 1-3 p.m. The Workshop will host a class called “Building Little Rivertown,” a city made of cardboard boxes and imagination. Participants will create small scale stores, houses, other structures, vehicles, people, pets, parks, etc.

The Workshop is located at 128 W. James St. in Columbus.
