A Baraboo teen has been charged as an adult for the alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.
In a criminal complaint, the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office alleges that 17-year-old Anthony T. Perez had sex with the girl Oct. 30.
The girl told a detective with the Baraboo Police Department that she drank beer and smoked marijuana with Perez at his home. After falling asleep on the couch, she allegedly awoke to Perez walking her to his bedroom.
According to the complaint, the girl told a detective she awoke the next morning to Perez getting out of his bed naked. She said she realized her pants were off.
The girl allegedly told the detective that she later spoke with Perez on Facebook and that he told her they “kinda hooked up.” When the girl told Perez she didn’t remember what happened, he allegedly told her it made him feel “creepy” that she couldn’t recall the incident.
