Between 9:40 a.m. Thursday and 7:59 a.m. Monday police responded to 122 calls.
West Slifer Street: Police on Thursday at 4:56 p.m. responded to a reported domestic disturbance where a 18-year-old DeForest man had allegedly assaulted another man. The suspect was later taken into custody by DeForest police and transferred to Columbia County Jail on suspicion of domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct.
West Carroll Street: Police on Thursday at 5:49 p.m. responded to a domestic disturbance where a 20-year-old Portage woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic disorderly conduct.
East Howard Street: Police on Thursday at 9:23 p.m. were dispatched to a residence whereupon Damien Connor, 29, of Portage, was placed on a probation and parole hold, then issued a city ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
West Carroll Street: Police on Friday at 3:48 p.m. were dispatched to a residence, where following a search of the premises Christina Hileman, 33, of Portage, was arrested for violation of probation and on suspicion of possession of heroin and contributing to truancy.
West Cook Street: Police on Saturday at 1:36 a.m. stopped Andrew Herrara, 19, of Lyndon Station, for driving with a defective headlight. Following a K9 search, he was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, cited for operating a vehicle with a suspended license, driving a non-registered vehicle and driving without proof of insurance.
