Clarence “David” Lake, 69, of Middleton, formerly of Baraboo, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Clarence was born on Aug. 1, 1946, the son of Clarence and Bernice (Ferguson) Lake. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Baraboo and Middleton.
Survivors include his siblings, Joyce Lake, Flo (Fran) Gonzagowski, Larry Lake, Leland Lake and Donald (Cathy) Lake; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
David is now reunited with parents and special dog, Tippy.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 22, 2016, at the Redlin Funeral Home in Baraboo with Lay Minister George Burgess officiating. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service. A private family burial will take place at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to University of Wisconsin Hospital, especially Dr. Lawrence and Dr. Newcomer, as well as all the nursing care facilities that took such good care of Clarence.
