Ronald Duane Prause, 75, of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away at Evelyn’s House in Creve Coeur, Missouri, on Aug. 23, 2018.

He was born on Feb. 2, 1943, in Baldwin, Wisconisn, to John and Harriet (Brathall) Prause. He grew up on a farm near Roberts, Wisconsin.

He was an active church member of Christ’s Church in St. Peters, Missouri. He was a founding member of Christ’s Church in St. Peters, Missouri, and actively engaged in mission and ministry, with a particular passion focused on supporting youth in mission to the world.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his stepson, Davin Roedl; and four brothers, Howard, Jerry, David and Eugene.

He is survived by his three daughters, Ranae (John) Walter of Menomonie, Wisconsin, Rhonda (Robert) Iverson of Beldenville, Wisconsin, and Amanda Prause of St. Charles, Missouri; two grandchildren, Jacob (Marissa Rogness) Walter and Sam Walter; two sisters, Joanne (Bob) Werner of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and Linda Lomblo of New Richmond, Wisconsin; brothers, Bruce (Jeanette) Prause of Glenwood, and Donald (Chris) Prause of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and special friend, Donna Isaacson.

A celebration service will be held at 11 a.m. at Christ’s Church in St. Peters, Missouri, on Sept. 15. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Ron to Christ’s Church or Evelyn’s House.
