Between 8:23 a.m. Thursday and 7:42 a.m. Monday police responded to 160 calls.

East Wisconsin Street and East Mullett Street: Police on Thursday at 4:58 p.m. responded to a reported traffic accident where a driver, Shamaily Ocasio Puello, 26, of Portage, struck another vehicle, and was cited for driving without insurance and following too closely.

DeWitt Street: Police on Friday at 12:26 a.m. responded to a report of a vehicle striking a landscape area and turning into an alley. Based upon witness statements, Abigail Nelson, 27, of Edgerton, was arrested and cited for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a first offense, registering a .209 blood-alcohol level on an initial breath test.

East Highway 33 and East Albert Street: Police on Friday at 10:30 a.m. responded to a reported traffic accident where a vehicle was reportedly making a left turn and struck a bicyclist. Alex Jerome, 21, of Portage, was cited for inattentive driving.

East Cook Street: Police on Friday at 5:35 p.m., following investigation, arrested Lisa Lukaszewicz, 42, of Portage, on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle as a third offense, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Walmart: Police on Saturday, at 4:41 a.m. responded to a reported theft, later making contact with the suspect at her residence. Stephanie Adams, 28, of Portage, was accused of not paying for a cellphone charger and box of Frosted Flakes at the self-checkout. Adams was arrested and charged with retail theft and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.

West Franklin Street: Police on Saturday, at 7:54 p.m. responded to a reported traffic accident where driver Adam Smalley, 27, of Portage, was arrested after hitting a parked car with ran into a parked Jeep.

Smalley and the passenger, Macros Avila, 23, of Portage, fled the scene but were later located. Marcos was arrested on suspicion of felony bail jumping and failure to report an accident. Smalley was arrested on suspicion of hit-and-run, reckless driving and operating a vehicle after revocation of a license.

Adams Street and East Albert Street: Police on Saturday at 11:01 .m. stopped Garrett Coder, 24, of Prairie Du Sac, who was cited for operating a vehicle after suspension of a license as a fourth offense and issued a city ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

West Wisconsin Street: Police on Sunday responded to a reported traffic accident where Henry Scheltens Jr., 55, of Normal, Illinois, was cited for following too closely.
