In the news, we hear of top police officials leaving Lodi like rats leaving a sinking ship.
With so many going and the apparent low salaries for the cops there, there has to be some major problem in that town that is not out in public — at least yet.

Maybe it is time for the Wisconsin Attorney General to start an in-depth investigation to bring out in the open any and all factors that the folks in Lodi need to know. My bet is the problem is a lot more than low pay levels.
