June 20 – Learn to Fish program at Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo. Meet at the north shore boat launch from 9 to 11 a.m. Learn the basics of fishing. All equipment and bait will be provided. If you are 16 or older, you will need a fishing license. For information call 608-356-8301.

June 20 – Stories at the Marsh: Gaggle of Geese, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Horicon Marsh Education Center. Learn about geese through stories and a craft. Best for ages 6 and younger. For information call 920-387-7860.

June 21 – Ready, Set, Explore: Happening Habitats at Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo. Drop at the park’s Nature Center from 1 to 3:30 p.m. to find out what’s hiding, creeping and lurking around the park. For information call 608-356-8301.

June 21 – Friday Night Drop-In at the Office at Mirror Lake State Park, located between Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells. Drop in at the park’s office between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. to play some games and learn about the explorer program. For information call 608-254-2333.

June 21 – Friday Fireside: Fireflies at Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo. Learn about fireflies from 8:30 to 10 p.m. at the park’s Nature Center. For information call 608-356-8301.

June 22 – Guided Paddle of Horicon Marsh at the Horicon Marsh Education Center from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Go on a 6 ½-mile water trail through the Horicon Marsh. Trail starts at the Green Head boat landing and ends at Nebraska Street landing in Horicon. DNR staff will be located at various stops throughout the trip. June 22 – Learn to Fly Fish program at Buckhorn State Park in Necedah. Meet at the beach from 10 to 11 a.m. to learn how to get started with fly fishing. Call 608-565-2789 for information.

June 22 – Exploration Station: Fur, Scat, Tracks at Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo. Play an identification game to see if you can match the mammal fur to the tracks and scat. Program happening outside the park’s Nature Center from 10 a.m. to noon. For information call 608-356-8301.

June 22 – PhotoGeoaching at Mirror Lake State Park, located between Wisconsin Dells and Baraboo. Visit the naturalist at the beach to pick up your checklist of items you will photograph along the Newport Trail. Event runs from 1 to 2 p.m. For information call 608-254-2333.

June 22 – Guided Kayak Tour of Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo. Guides will take you on a two-hour tour of the lake. Tour leaves from the north shore at 6:30 p.m. Space is limited. Registration is required. Kayak are available to rent for $25 for a single or $45 for a double. To register or reserve a kayak rental, call 608-356-8301 ext. 140.

June 22 – Stuck on the Rocks: Rope Rescue Program at Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo. Find out what happens when there’s an emergeny on the bluffs of Devil’s Lake. Program is from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. outside the Chateau on the north shore. For information call 608-356-8301.

June 23 – Exploration Station: Canines at Devil’s Lake State Park in Baraboo from 10 a.m. to noon. Learn about wolves, foxes and coyotes. Program happening outside the park’s Nature Center. For information call 608-356-8301.
