Dells resident Jane Govoni invites you to learn ways to relax, improve your immune system, manage stress, control chronic pain, and change your bad habits. You will use meditation, visualization, mindfulness and autogenic training. Govoni is a master hypnotist, a stress management coach and author.

Drop-In and Color: 10 a.m. to noon, Kilbourn Public Library, 620 Elm St., Wisconsin Dells. Come and experience the latest trend in relaxation, adult coloring. Studies show coloring can have a calming effect on the adult mind and helps promote overall wellness. Ed Legge’s Got the Blues: 7 to 8 p.m. Kilbourn Public Library, 620 Elm St., Wisconsin Dells. Join Wisconsin Dells writer, artist and musician Ed Legge as he presents his research on his future book about southern rock music and its confluence with his childhood growing up near Atlanta. Legge will present his recent findings sharing books, music, multimedia, and discussion about this important part of American music history.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Dementia Live sessions: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mile Bluff Medical Center, Mauston. Dementia Live is a hands-on program that simulates dementia’s sensory symptoms. Participants wear specialized gear that modifies sensory abilities. The activity focuses on feelings and sensitivity awareness. Limited half hour time slots are available. Toddler Time: 10 a.m. Kilbourn Public Library, 620 Elm St., Wisconsin Dells. Open to children who are just beginning to walk and preschoolers who might not be ready to sit. Activities will include parachute play, dance and activities. Stories and activities will be designed for toddlers. A parent or caregiver is required to be in attendance.

Delton Sportsmens Club Mirror Lake Fisheree: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mirror Lake State Park boat ramp. Hourly and “Biggest of the Day” fish prizes. Observe all conservation laws. Raffle ticket required to register fish, at $5 each, three for $10 and seven for $20. Grand prize is $1,000, drawing at 3 p.m. No park sticker required on the day of the fisheree, and Jan. 19-20 is a free fishing weekend so no fishing license is required.
