Law enforcement officers from the Adams Police Department, Rome Police Department and Adams County Sheriff’s Office arrested two City of Adams residents for drug-related charges.

The arrests of Justin Ball, 34, and Denielle Hintz, 41, of Adams came after officers and deputies carried out a search warrant at a City of Adams home on August 2, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

Inside the home, law enforcement officers and Adams County Sheriff’s Office K-9s —who were requested to assist in the investigation – found numerous items related to the use and packing of heroin and methamphetamine which were gathered as evidence.

In particular, 0.69 grams of heroin and 7.24 grams of methamphetamine were discovered inside the residence, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.

The search warrant was executed as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.
